Jessica Crane
Practice Administrator
With over seven years of clinical experience and eight years in executive administrative roles, I have witnessed - and contributed to - remarkable growth in the behavioral health field. At Grit and Grace Therapy, I take great pride in ensuring our clients receive the care, resources, and support they need to live healthy, fulfilling lives.
My career has always centered around service. As a former member of the Illinois Army National Guard and a Family Readiness Group Leader in Fort Campbell, KY, I learned the value of leading with compassion and showing up where I'm needed the most. While at Fort Campbell, I co-authored a book on child and infant loss awareness alongside military families - a powerful experience that deepened my commitment to supporting others through grief and healing. I continue this work through my photography business, documenting families experiencing infant loss.
I believe that life's hardest moments can become meaningful bridges to connection. Whether it's through a kind word, attentive listening, or a helping hand, I find purpose in being a steady presence for others.
Outside the office, I stay busy with my greatest joy - my family. As a mom to six, I'm often found chasing kids, photographing weddings and families, or nurturing my garden. Whether at work or home, nurturing others is at the heart of everything I do.
