Natasha Nuss, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Dominican University in River Forest. I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health in several capacities: community mental health, adult residential, crisis stabilization, outpatient case management, and inpatient psychiatric case management with adults, adolescents, and children. I work with a variety of age groups using a variety of therapy styles, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
While I am passionate about working with First Responders, Military, and Veterans, I am well versed in personality disorders, mood disorders, and psychosis as well as substance abuse issues and trauma. I believe there are no “small” problems, but rather if something is bothering you it’s worth processing. I see myself as a partner to you on your journey, walking alongside you as you grow stronger and shed negativity.
I believe I am here to help provide a voice to the silenced and strength to those who feel weak and that we all can be the best versions of ourselves and just need a little help sometimes.
